Our Little Home

Per Melissa's 50th request, (sorry it took me forever Miss!) here are photos of our little house here.  Sorry, some of them are at Christmas, and the front is of when we had a huge snow storm.  (Huge to people from Oklahoma, wink, wink!)  It closed down the entire city. 

School and work were cancelled, it was fabulous! I went to the supermarket for a few things the night before the "blizzard" was supposed to arrive, and this is what I found. I had to take pictures so the hubby would believe it!

The bread shelves, produce and yogurt. If the storm was as bad as they were saying, El and I would have been SOL!!

Can't We Do This Every Week?

I ran across these photos we took at Cafe Rio over Christmas break, when everyone was home.  It was so much fun to get together, chat and catch up.  Don't you wish we could do these fun things every week?  I do!  Hope you're enjoying Spring, wherever you are!

A weekend with the old peeps..

So this weekend my family and I went to Palm Springs for my Dad's 50th Birthday! So fitting since there isn't anyone there under the age of 70... But it did bring back great memories of our adventures there!

Lauren, Adam, and me at the front of our hotel. We stayed at the Marriott Villas and I could live there for the rest of my life! Such a DREAM!!

Adam, My Dad and I met Ben Stein at Borders book store!! So funny. This was the only picture we got. He was really nice and introduced himself and wanted to know where we went to school, but then he booked it out of the store! Apparently we brought too much attention to him... I did spot him and take full credit since I never recognize anyone famous!!

Hello all... It was fun to see you. Sad that it's over though. So I just finished this book and some of you maybe have already read it but for those who haven't, you defiantly should. I absolutely loved it. At times there were hard parts to read ( you'll see why) but it was such a great book. I hope all of you are well and keep in touch! xoxo
